Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

This policy protects the time reserved for you and allows me to offer that spot to another client on the waitlist.
